- Studied the student and faculty populations by analyzing annual surveys on campus experiences, belonging, and wellbeing; examined response rates for large surveys
- Managed datasets, cleaned and analyzed data using SAS/SQL; utilized data visualization software Power BI and Excel Macro; worked with major annual data reports and large datasets (WFU Fact Book, IPEDS, Common Data Set, NCHED, National Clearinghouse)
- Methodology includes measuring sampling error through the margin of error, treating non-response error by post-stratification, comparing groups using confidence intervals for effect sizes, extracting constructs using EFA
